Yes, completely free and with no obligation. It’s a genuine market appraisal, not a sales pitch, and you’re under no pressure to instruct us.
How long does the visit take?
Usually around 30 to 45 minutes. We’ll look through your home, talk about your plans, and answer any questions about selling.
How soon will I get the valuation figure?
We’ll usually give you a realistic figure and our thoughts there and then, and follow up in writing so you have everything on record.
